Overview

ARGUS is an autonomous "drone-in-a-box" launch, recovery, charging, and protection system that keeps aerial assets in a ready state and deploys them on demand. In the AVERNUS loadout, ARGUS is fielded as a left/right dual hangar pair, each designed to house a stacked SERAPHIM complement so the system can sustain simultaneous airborne ISR plus parallel charging and data offload cycles.

ARGUS can be deployed as a trailer-mounted unit or as a standalone pod-on-ground, pod-on-roof, allowing flexible integration into fixed or mobile perimeter defense systems.

Mythos

Argus Panoptes was the all-seeing giant with a hundred eyes; when some slept, others watched, ensuring eternal vigilance. This hangar grants the system that same sleepless gaze. It is the unblinking sanctuary that ensures the "eyes" of the system (SERAPH) never close, maintaining a watch that persists through weather, darkness, and time.

Features

  • • Autonomous launch and recovery with armored clamshell protection
  • • Integrated charging, environmental management, comms bridging, sensors, and onboard compute
  • • Dual-hangar rotation supports continuous operations (airborne / charging / archive) without single-asset bottlenecks

Specifications

  • Role: Autonomous drone launch, recovery, and environmental protection
  • Form Factor: Trailer-mounted or standalone pod-on-ground/roof
  • Capacity: Supports UAS footprints up to 24" × 24" × 6"
  • Charging: Wireless and contact charging options
  • Tech: Internal GPU compute, environmental sensors, integrated radio bridge
